Can't get onto app.

Hi,

I've been with ID for 3 yrs and for the last few months I can't get onto the app. tried deleting it and re downloading. but when I login with mine or my sons account, with username and password it always says the details (surname, number & dob) don't match and then offers me no additional help.  checked threads in help area and it says register for app - but that is exactly what I'm triying to do and the step by step guide its shows doesn't match what happens when i log in.  so frustrating. makes me want to move away from ID! pleas help.

Have you confirmed with our Live Chat team the details you are entering match our records? If not, that would be the best place to start. Simple type “Speak to someone” a couple of times to get through to an agent.
