Can't get past the welcome page for ID mobile - Fault?

I can’t get past the welcome page for ID mobile. I have my password saved in my computer and trying to access ID mobile is telling me the info is not recognised - I opted to try a new password and the link never arrived in my inbox. I need to download my invoice for my accounts department - please can someone advise
