Hello, I just went to access the mobile app but find this does not work anymore. Upon registering, my ID number is recognised so I can’t login/complete the registration. How am I meant to cancel my contract which ends on 11 Sep? I do not want to roll onto ID’s monthly rate or have any other contractual relationship with ID mobile.

Hello?! Am I just meant to cancel the direct debit?
