I have 3 accounts with ID mobile, and can access 1 of the accounts.  The other 2 accounts show in the app, but are grayed out and not able to be selected.

It was just a user error. 

I see now that I have to tap on the small circles. Nowhere else in the boxes is sensitive to touch.
