cancelling sim deal

Hi, I have a new phone, I put my contract sim in it and now on my ID account it is only showing the new phone contract details. How do I cancel my sim only deal when it’s not showing on my account!?

Hey there ​@Jayno, that won’t mean it’s cancelled, you’ll need to login to the account associated with the plan.

 

I’d recommend contacting our live-chat, who can find the account in question, and cancel there for you:

Hi thank you for your response. But it didn’t help me at all! I only have my upgraded account showing on my ‘plan’ so I am not able to cancel the sim only deal I had. 
Does this mean ID have already cancelled it!? I don’t want to be paying for 2 accounts when only one is needed.
