I need to upgrade my sim only plan but every time I try to access the app or try online it can’t connect to the server. I tried calling and couldn’t speak to a person and then I tried chatting to an agent and they left the chat since they couldn’t help me. I feel like my only option is to change networks at this point. Has this happened to anyone else?

 

I am having exactly the same issue. I have only recently joined ID mobile, if this is an example of the customer service then maybe I won’t stay!!!


Hi I'm having the same problem right now. Looks like we'll have to wait for them to fix the security certificate on their server.


They actually just called me and upgraded my plan for me over the phone. But you can’t call them, they have to call you. Maybe try chatting to an agent again and ask them to call you?
