I am receiving the below when trying to register for the app. the details i have entered are correct and is the correct last name, dob & mob number. please help

 

I cannot view my bill as I cannot get any further  into my account as it need the add id acount id. Before l can see the bill. Have orginal set up data but that only shows my 1st name. Is there any other way to add. A mobile account id ?
