since you relaunched the app cannot log in had to change password many times when it goes to add phone number date of birth and last names it says details do not match our records had tec surpot on phone and no joy going to move to tescos if not sorted been with id for over 10 years and no one cares

Have you confirmed with our Live Chat team the details you are entering match our records? If not, that would be the best place to start. Simple type “Speak to someone” a couple of times to get through to an agent.
