Initial problem was I suddenly can’t make or receive calls on my Android Moto G7 Play, never happened before. But the current problem is this:

Went to login on website - was instructed to create an new account due to changes at iD - did that - used the exact same data (from password manager) so everything the same as before - I repeatedly get to the ‘add an iD number’ section and it fails with “Your details do not match our records” message. The same thing happens when I install the app on the phone. Heading off a few questions; yes it’s the same email address, yes I triple checked for typos, no my surname hasn’t changed and neither has my birth date.

My SIM is working in another phone so temporarlily have ‘fixed’ the initial issue, but I can no longer manage my account etc and am stuck in an increasingly annoying loop. Any help available?

I’d recommend the following about calls on the G7 Play;

 

 

It’s worth noting that the G7 Play is not an officially supported device on iD Mobile, you may encounter issues with using it.
