cannot register for online account?

Hello I just ported my number and am using the service.

 

However, everytime I try to create/register my account. It says you are already registered. When i click forgotten password, it says incorrect details???

 

I'm so confused, not sure if I have an account or how to even log in. Please help!

Hey @Tai1001,

Did you register for this number following purchase?

It sometimes takes a few hours for the account to update.

Assuming you have not previously registered for this contract, please follow the steps for registering.

But given the error, it sounds like you are registered so please follow the steps for “forgotten password”

Your details will be the last name of account holder, current active iD Mobile number and date of birth
