Cannot text 79100 from my phone, live chat unable to resolve the issue

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. Please be aware that sending short code texts is classed as an out-of-plan service, so you’ll need to increase your bill cap in order to use this feature.

Hi ​@Gemma M bill cap is good and also toggle has been set to allow, still not working although it worked with a different shot code ok, so maybe just an issue with this one??
