Cannot text 79100 from my phone, live chat unable to resolve the issue

Thanks Gemma, spent far too much much time already trying to sort it, it’s obviously a problem with the short code being banned by id mobile but nobody will just come out and say it, all avenues have been exhausted, I’d just need to unblock the short code

Thanks for coming back to us.

Just to clarify, iD Mobile doesn't intentionally block short codes.

As you've already tried the available troubleshooting and the issue is still ongoing, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat and asking for a technical ticket to be logged.

This will allow the Technical Team to investigate why you're unable to receive messages from the particular short code and determine what's causing the issue.
