I can’t access my app to set up dd as it doesn’t recognise my number on app this is causing me issues please resolve

I'm having the same problem. Been on chat and got a replacement SIM, but can't activate that as phone number not recognised. Chat now too busy to even get in a queue.
App and website say I am not recognised so I can't acfess my plan. Please help.

Please contact our Live Chat Team and they can check it out.
You can type Customer Service on the Chat Bot and it will give you the option for Customer Services.
It may take longer than usual during busy periods.
