cant get into account

can’t get into my id account. the password reset email just doesn’t come through. they are getting other emails through to me though. I don’t know what to do. I need to reset up my direct debit but I can’t get in and can’t speak with anyone about this anyone have any suggestions. had nothing but problems since the app was updated
