Hi. I have just joined ID mobile and have a new phone. Have downloaded the App but it won’t let me open. Face ID works but says unable to connect, try again. When I try again the same message come up. Any ideas?  Should I uninstall and start again?  Thanks

Did you register with the app?

I would advise to uninstall the app and reinstall it as that usually fixes the issue.
