Cant register on ID App


Hi, 

I ported my number over from my previous network provider and i have tried to register my number on the ID app, The number isnt recognised. I have waited over a week and tried again but it still wont recognise. 

I cant get hold of anybody on the phone and cant speak to anybody online as the talk to us button isnt popping up. 

any suggestions?

Hey @schap89,

Has the port completed fully?

Is your new number showing on calls, texts and able to receive this fine?

If so, try registering again using this number and it should work.

 

If you tried to do it before it fully switched then this would have not been recognised.
