This is a brand new contract I took out when I left my abusive partner. He controlled everything, so i thought id moved to a company he said hed never use (Im really happy for the record with ID), anyway...

He used my email address to create an account years ago, and only had the ID account for a month maybe?

I can't find how to change my Community name, even though it's a separate account unlinked to him his name still appears. I really really don't want to see him name every time I log in - please can someone help me amend my Community name ? Or even delete my Community account??

I’m sorry to hear this, unfortunately it wouldn’t be possible to change your name on the Community forum, however we can delete your account if you wish.

 

Please let us know if you’d like us to do so.

 

(This will have no effect on your iD Mobile plan, the plans and the community are completely separate)
