Hi all 👋 I'm a bit confused  (mind you these days it doesn't take a lot lol) but has anybody else had problems with the id app ? 

I went to go on the app a couple of days ago and it came up with getting started on the app when I put my email address in it came up with enter  which I did but I had to change my password as I forgot my original 1 (yes I'm getting old ! Well that's my excuse lol) bit my question is ...  was  there a problem with the app itself ? As I found this a bit odd when I've never had this problem before ?

Hi ​@Tyler no I hadn't re registered for the app it was working ok last week then when I went tried to go on the app the other day it came up with getting started which was strange as I was using the app previous to this but now it seems to be ok.  Thankyou for asking though 👍

Had you already re-registered for the new app since it’s release, or is this your first time registering/logging into it please?
