My phone is damaged beyond reasonable price and I have 7months to the end of my contract. Can I buy out the contract (pay off the 7months) and take out a new ID mobile contract?

Unfortunately @Stegga, the only way to end your iD contract within the minimum term period is to cancel and terminate the contract, which would mean paying the early termination fee.

You are eligible to upgrade, once within the last 60-days of the minimum term.

Maybe get a cheap refurbished phone to use for next 5-months?
