data limit wrong


Currently on 10gb per month plan and now can't use the phone as it has  come up with a  2gb warning limit. How do it get this sorted out.

Have you updated you plan or upgraded recently? Have you checked the app for your remaining allowances?

Failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Mark Fox 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

What phone do you have? With android you can set a data cut off so you can’t overrun your account,

 

have you checked that?

Remember unless you've turned off all automated updates your device with check random and update OS or Apps accordingly which use your data allowance. 

Also social media app and communications app, video, music streaming service also with eat into your data allowance. So a combination of many thing's may explain your low allowance record.
