In emails from iD, my data plan is 20Gb.  I have just logged in to the new website system and see that my plan is shown as only 8Gb.

 

Why/

Mine showed similar but eventually updates. I have posted to express my displeasure to the upgrade in another post.

I’ve just ordered a third SIM and after the order was completed (on my PC), I was given the option to login.

I then saw that the correct data Gb values for both existing SIMs had been corrected.  Rather odd.

iD is one of many companies that are very annoying to deal with these days, however they offer the best deals.

Thanks Tom.  I replied in “Self reply !” above.  It corrected itself later.

Not tried the app only on my PC.

 

Generally apps are a waste of time.  Previously, I spend more time updating them before being able to use them.  So now generally don’t use apps.
