For the past two months my data has been running out much faster than usual with no change in my usage habits. Does anyone know why this might be or how I can fix it please?

I’m sorry to hear this, have you been on 5G instead of 4G? This would use more data quickly.

 

Have you checked for operations happening in the background of your device? Updates and such.
