Dial 7777 can’t answer tø yesterday data usage.

Hi ​@Sadia Moaeed, data doesn’t update in real-time on the app, so will take longer to update than the others. It can typically have a 24-hour or so delay on the app to how much you’ve used, but we’ll text you when you’ve used 80% of your allowances, so you know you’re near to running out, and also a further text confirming that you’ve used 100% of your allowances, if you were to do so.

when you dial the number does it not tell you what your data allowance is on option number 1?

When I dial the number it  tells me what option do you require but the data  allowance is telling me the allowance which I had yesterday.

It’s been couple days I dial 7777 minutes usage how many minutes I been using it has not been  updated

How much minutes and texts been used data usage update takes little longer to update
