deactivated sim

My sim is saying it has been deactivated. There is no number to call. Please can someone help.

Probably best for your to have an online web chat with the iD customer advisers about your SIM issues, ​@Josh Thurlow

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - tell the bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
