Now that iD Mobile have set up a new ‘My Account’ system, is it possible to delete an iD Mobile account which has no airtime plan associated with it?

All iD Mobile contracts will have a plan attached to them which means that you need to request a disconnection if you wish to cancel.

Hi Kash,

Sorry for the delay in responding to your message.

I do have at least one iD Mobile account which has no mobile number associated with it. I can log in to it with an email address, but the system then asks for an iD Mobile Phone Number, Last Name, and Date of Birth in order to add a plan to the account.

I don’t have a plan to add to this account, so I am asking if the entire account associated with a particular email address but having no plan can be deleted?
