Delivery of iPhone 13

I had a telephone call this morning from one of your colleagues saying that my iPhone 13 would be delivered on 19th June 2025. I had another telephone call this afternoon, from another one of your colleagues, saying that I had to re-order my phone before it would be delivered!! Could you please tell me if my order has gone through & whether or not it is going to be delivered? I spent 3 hours on the phone & Chatlne with your company last Friday, half an hour yesterday & then 2 telephone calls today. I can’t take anymore of the conflicting news I am receiving. Just let me know whether my phone is going to be delivered & when. Thank you

      1. What date you ordered
      2. Where you ordered from (iD Mobile online, Currys, Carphone Warehouse, Mobiles.co.uk, E2Save etc
      3. Last response you heard from us.
