Details not recognised on App

I'm trying to register my details on the app having recently transferred to ID mobile. My number gas successfully transferred but my details are not recognised on thr app. I have tried numerous times, each time ensuring I have added the correct information. Please advise a way forward.

@streakersailor1421  Welcome yes it's difficult at time, but have you tried using a web browser and allow cookie's?

If you still unable to do so I'm forward this to a member of staff so they can communicate privately with you, but please try a web browser next.

Hi Joe, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I've tried that on 2 separate computers and a tablet, as well as my phone without any luck. I get the same 'sorry your details do match our records' every time.

How long ago did your transfer happen? It may take a little take (24/48 hours) for our app system to update with the transfer.
