Email Server Outage

I can’t search in the search bar of my emails as it says Service Outage Try later. This has been ongoing for some time now and I need to search for important emails. How can this be resolved please? I need to find emails and can’t do this

Hi @Susan Shannon,

Sounds like an issue with your email provider. I’d recommend contacting them. If you’re not sure who provides your email look at what is after the @ symbol.

e.g @gmail.com is provided by Google, so they’d be the ones to contact.

    @Susan Shannon, does this only happen when you’re using your 4G/5G (Mobile Data) or does it also happen when you’re at home connected to Wi-Fi? Thanks.
