Error Message on app and online account

I am unable to see any details on my account (app and online), the message is saying, ‘Oops, something went wrong...try again’. It just shows the same message when I try again or reload the page.

Have you tried via both the iD Mobile website, and iD Mobile app?

Hi, yes both. The same message every time.
