I am getting an Error message when submitting a PAC Code, All fields are filled correctly.

Could someone get back to me?

Hey there Richard, we’re very sorry to hear that the port form isn’t working for yourself.

 

Firstly, please ensure you’re using the transaction code that was sent in your “Welcome to ID” email, which begins with a 4. This can sometimes be confused for the transaction code beginning with a 1.

 

If that’s correct, and you believe everything to be entered correctly and the PAC code is in-date, then please contact us via PM, and we can see if we can get that port-in raised directly for you.

 

If you do PM us, please include the following:

 

• Full name

• Full address including postcode

• Your temporary iD Mobile number

• Email address

 

And also:

• The number you're trying to port in

• Your PAC Code

• Transaction code

• Date you'd like port to happen (if you have a preferred date)
