I have been attempting to contact you having paid £15 each month for an account I do not recognise. As I do not know the number it relates to I cannot use the automated systems. I have cancelled the Direct debit to bring this to your attention and have now received a final demand quoting Account number 12946068. Can you please provide details of this contract and it's usage.
