Hello. I have had fake 'direct debit' set up letter confirmation sent to me with incorrect details and I have never opened up an account with ID mobile, this is pure identify fraud. I received two letters from ID mobile and I would like someone to contact me regarding launching an investigation about this to stop further letters. I have reported it with action fraud and have a reference number.
