Getting access to account

Afternoon, allI am feeling very frustrated with iDMobile … I have had an account with iDMobile for a number of years now. About 2 years ago, I needed to set my daughter up with an account.  I was not able to add a new account at the time to my existing account. So I needed to create a whole new account, using a different email address, to do this. Now (Feb 2025) I am able to access my orioiganl account, but I cannot get into the account that I set up for my daughter.I would like to have both numbers against the same account, if possible. I am also tryign to upgrade my daughter’s account, so that she has some more data each month. Incredibly frustrating !! Thank you in anticipation, for your help Simon May

Hi there ​@simon_may<snipped>I am feeling very frustrated with iDMobile …I know that feeling well, though for the most part many issues are down to 3UKNow (Feb 2025) I am able to access my orioiganl account, but I cannot get into the account that I set up for my daughter.Why, what error do you see?Have you installed the iDM app on your daughters phone and tried via that? - Or via the online account portal but make sure you’ve cleared cookies/cache etc on your browser just to rule out remnants of your account hanging around?I would like to have both numbers against the same account, if possible.AFAIK this still isn’t yet an option. But you can add her account to your iDM app(lower half of page)I am also tryign to upgrade my daughter’s account, so that she has some more data each month.You should be able to via the account details on her account. As suggested you could pop the app on her phone to see if this permits a plan changeIncredibly frustrating !!See if you can sort the account access out first (online and/or app), then get frustrated when your daughter wants even more data than what you both agreed to🤐

AllThank you for your replies. I am not sure which of the many actions that I carried out last week, worked - but soemthing did.I now am able to log in to my onlne (web-based) iD Mobile account, and view both teh plans that I have.I also seem to be able to do this with the iD Mobile Android app which is running on my phone.Thank you for your help.Simon
