I have had an account with iDMobile for a number of years now.
About 2 years ago, I needed to set my daughter up with an account. I was not able to add a new account at the time to my existing account.
So I needed to create a whole new account, using a different email address, to do this.
Now (Feb 2025) I am able to access my orioiganl account, but I cannot get into the account that I set up for my daughter.
I would like to have both numbers against the same account, if possible.
I am also tryign to upgrade my daughter’s account, so that she has some more data each month.
Incredibly frustrating !!

Why, what error do you see?
Have you installed the iDM app on your daughters phone and tried via that? - Or via the online account portal but make sure you’ve cleared cookies/cache etc on your browser just to rule out remnants of your account hanging around?
I would like to have both numbers against the same account, if possible.
AFAIK this still isn’t yet an option. But you can add her account to your iDM app

You should be able to via the account details on her account. As suggested you could pop the app on her phone to see if this permits a plan change
