I have an id mobile sim, since around January time I haven't been able to log in. I've raised this issue alot - people have told me to make a new account since the app had an update, but my information isn't being recognised.

I tried to install my mother's new id mobile sim today, but had the same issue of 'not recognising information'. What should I do?? I need a solution soon since we both have big things coming up. 

Not to mention I've tried logging in multiple times since January and have reinstalled and deleted the app numerous times.

PLEASE HELP
