Hi can any one help, third time of asking come on customer services you must be able to help, this is my problem, I pay my monthly bill, I can go on line and view all my details, I also have the 4 digit security number, but when ever some one gets back to me about my issue you ask for my Name, Date of Birth, post code, address, telephone number, when I give you all the information you say my account is registered under another name!!!, please be honest is this just a delaying tool as you are unable to address my issue.
