HELP - PAC code fraud attempt

Someone has gained access to my ID mobile account and stupidly support have given them a PAC code.

I've been told to wait 24-48 hours for a response but has the PAC request been stopped?

If they port my number then they can start accessing other online account information.

My bank has been notified and online/mobile banking has been disabled for now.
