Has anyone else damaged their phone and their insurance companies have rejected their claims because ID Mobile contracts do not state your name and address? I am having an absolute mare proving that I bought three ID Mobile contracts because;

A. The contract doesn't show my name and address together.

B. The contract does not state the IMEI number of the particular phone I am claiming for.

I am about to go Financial Ombudsman on both ID Mobile and my insurance company. Both incompetent.

Hi @Dropinthe,

Welcome to the Community!

If you require proof of usage or purchase it should include your name, address and IMEI number.

The IMEI that you are claiming must have been used with iD Mobile in the last 30 days. Did you use the handset in the last 30 days with the iD Mobile SIM?
