How can a non-bill payer view their phone usage via iD mobile app?

Hi There, Apologies if this has been asked before.

I wanted to know if/how both of my kids can use the iD mobile app to view their data usage please?

We are new customers and I am the bill payer for both of their monthly plans. Ideally I would like them to be able to view just their details, with me being able to see both of their plan details. This was possible in the Tesco mobile app but so far I am unable to emulate in the iD app.

We came from Tesco’s too and fell flat on our faces as iD do things differently. There was going to be 6 of us as a minimum but the others went elsewhere and we (2 of us) won’t now be buying additional plans

 

But, you could try changing the email addresses for your kids accounts, so each have their own just for iD. Then install the app on each of their phones.

 

If that works you could then add their accounts to your iD app. They can’t see each others but you can see both of theirs
