Today I received an email telling my I can upgrade (I now want to leave id), however I can’t log into my account via the app/website. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have changed my password, I have cleared cookies and cache and tried multiple browsers but no luck.
How exactly am I supposed to leave/upgrade when I can’t even log in.
It seems that this is a recurring issue that id are incapable of fixing!?? I was quite happy to stay but this has put me right off!
