Hi
Perform one of these whilst with O2 to be supplied with the correct transfer code
- Texting PAC to 65075, for free, if you want to keep your phone number.
- Texting STAC to 75075, for free, if you don't want to keep your phone number.
Once you have the code you have 30 days before it expires (then you will have to request a new code).
When you are ready to move to iD Mobile, here is the information on how to do so...
