Is there a way to track any awarded loyalty bonuses?
I recently upgraded my contract and phone and was kindly given a bonus, I cannot seem to see it when I login on the website or when I use the app, it is somewhere right?
On a side note, if it is not on the website or App is there a way to request it to be added?
Wouldn't people like to see the loyalty bonuses that they have earned?

I am afraid the loyalty rewards do not currently show on the app but if you wish to check they have been added, you can do so with our Live Chat team here.
Unfortunately, we are not able to add this to the app at this time but will pass on your feedback.
