how do you receive your refer a friend reward

I received a referral -: https://refer.idmobile.co.uk/steveb-1954 

 

we have not received our refer. Friend rewards. I have been a customer since March 2024

It can take 90 days once you receive the congratulations email to receive the reward.

Have you received any emails regarding the referral?

No we haven’t yet and I acceoted the referral in Jan 24 which us when my contract started
