Just moved and can't find where to change my address. There's no such option in the app and website isn't better.

It shouldn't be that bloody hard 🤦🏻

 

Click view your plans

Edit details option

Amend the billing address

Hopefully that will work

If you’re using the mobile then still click on view your plans then click the pencil on the right hand side then the pencil again on the billing address and you’ll be able to change your address then.

Unfortunately for me, none of the above suggestions exist on my phone. 

The first advice doesn't have the option @Kazzer07.

The second suggestion has pencil symbols but none for the change of address!

It's frustrating

You should in the new app be able to go to plans and then the pencil icon to change plan details, there changing your address.

 

Are you not seeing a pencil icon here?
