How to change my home address?

That's exactly where it was and it did work!

I’m trying to change my address.. and following your guidelines.. 

Click view your plans

Edit details option - THIS IS NOT ON MY PHONE? 

Amend the billing address

I cant change my address? 😢

If you’re using the mobile then still click on view your plans then click the pencil on the right hand side then the pencil again on the billing address and you’ll be able to change your address then.

Unfortunately for me, none of the above suggestions exist on my phone. 

The first advice doesn't have the option @Kazzer07.

The second suggestion has pencil symbols but none for the change of address!

It's frustrating

You should in the new app be able to go to plans and then the pencil icon to change plan details, there changing your address.

Are you not seeing a pencil icon here?
