Hello, on the new id mobile app, i can not check when my contract ends. I have tried everything in the app but there is no option to see the date. How can i do so?

Maybe try the online iD Live Chat service for help, and ask one of the customer advisers when your contract’s minimum term finishes. 

 


Hi there @Khadij, I believe it’s an on-going issue we’re trying to fix where it doesn’t let you know when your contract ends. However, it should tell you when you can upgrade, which usually is either 30 or 60-days before your contract expiry date depending on what contract you’re on, or your actual contract expiry date.
