Where is the option to disable content control?
Everywhere I look says to login via app or website and go to Services. There is no ‘Services’ option on my app nor on my web account.

Hi there
It’s more than likely out of date information.
The adult content filter is a feature that can be toggled on or off in the iD Mobile app or online portal.
To access this feature, go to Plan → Manage iD Services → Adult Content Filter and toggle it on or off, then click Save. (the save button is further down the page, just out of sight)
You may need to restart your device to be allocated the correct DNS.
