I have created an account with ID mobile app on my old phone. And tried to get into the app once my new phone arrived but it now says that my details are incorrect. How do I get into my mobile app now? There's no option to reset or anything

You’re able to get into the account via the app on your old phone but not your new one, correct?
Please could you let us know what your old and new devices are?
