had a message to say my internet was running out but although i have uninstalled app and then reinstall it i cant logon

Hi there
Yes the app can cause a bit of head scratching at times
So for now, why don’t you log in via the online portal instead - http://my.idmobile.co.uk/
It gives the same functionality as the app without the stress of using said app.
