I cant logon to the ID Mobile app on my phone

I have just joined Id Mobile and have a new phone.  I have downloaded the ID mobile app but it will not allow me to logon.  Face id works but that's as far as I get?  I can logon to the website.

Did you register for the new iD Mobile app?

If so it may be worth uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

The app tells me my phone is not compatible with the app
