i cant register esim number in app as iPad cant receive sms

As above esim is working fine on iPad but I believe I need to set it up on app to enable data roaming, but iPad can't receive text to add number to app? Is there another way to enable data roaming?

Hi ​@Fenton Breedley  I’m afraid not, iD does not support the use our our SIM’s in iPad, tablets or other accessories.

I would suggest to set it up using a handset.
